Are You Eligible?
The Professional Pathways Program is a free reskilling and career planning program designed for those who:
Arrived in the US within the last 10 years
Speak English at a moderate level
Are residents of New York State
Have work authorization, and a visa or status from this list.

The Professional Pathways Program Job Coaches provide career coaching to new Americans from every culture and professional background. Using proven job search and career planning resources, we will help you at every step of your journey to a sustainable career in the U.S.

Industry-Specific Training
The Professional Pathways Program is designed to help new Americans prepare for the necessary steps they will take to start or restart a professional career in the U.S. This often includes taking technical or professional training or relicensing preparation. Our team will inform you about your options and connect you to top U.S. training providers.

Job Coaches are available to offer guidance on any additional needs that will help you be competitive in a U.S. job search, including offering support through the credential evaluation process and pointing you to additional resources.
